Independence and Integrity

The ORF is a non-profit organization that is governed by an independent Board of Trustees. Their role is to ensure that all activities are conducted with the highest ethical standards and without any conflicts of interest. This Board:

• Supports and guides the Foundation’s research and educational initiatives.
• Represents the interests of the ORF in engagements with third parties and the public.
• Acts solely in the best interests of the ORF, upholding integrity and independence as outlined in the ORF Code of Ethics and Conduct.
