Jürgen Becker

Honorary Board Member, Oral Reconstruction Foundation

Prof. Dr. Jürgen Becker is an internationally recognized leader in oral surgery and dental medicine. Since 1997, he has served as Director and Chairman of the Department of Oral Surgery and Central Admittance at the University Clinic of Düsseldorf, Heinrich-Heine-University, Germany.

With a longstanding commitment to academic leadership and public health, Prof. Becker previously chaired the Commission for Infection Control in Dentistry at the Robert Koch Institute in Berlin and served as President of the Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of the German Society for Dentistry and Oral Medicine.

He was President of the Oral Reconstruction Foundation from 2011 to 2017, and now serves as an Honorary Board Member. Under his leadership, ORF strengthened its global presence and advanced its mission of scientific excellence, education, and community building. He is also a Visiting Professor at the Guanghua School of Stomatology at Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, China.
